Effective 9/28/2010 both of our Monday Group Exercise Classes, the 12:15pm Body Sculpt and 5:30pm Spin Class, by Cindy Fox, will be removed from our schedule.

It's official! VIP Fitness has kicked off it's 2010 member referral competition!
(Run Dates 1/1/10 - 12/31/10).
Earn points by referring members to VIP or by adding members to your account as a buddy!
The three TOP members that accumulate the most amount of points by the end of the year EACH WIN A PLASMA TV!
Get started with 1 of 2 ways!
1. Add a Buddy to your account: By adding a buddy to your account, your buddy will only pay $15+tax/month and you will get 50 points added to your account!
2. Submit your referrals: If you know someone that may want to join our club, forward us their information and we will do all the leg work! If they join, you can receive 50, 100 or 200 points!
Either way you will hit the ground running and will position yourself early to win a PLASMA TV!
